Officials decry culture cuts
Sen. Kristen Gillibrand and other elected officials spoke out Sunday against the Trump administration’s proposed budget cuts to the National Endowment for the Arts, the National Endowment for the Humanities, the Corporation for Public Broadcasting and the Institute of Museum and Library Services. The president’s budget would eliminate funding for all four agencies.
